To qualify for Sunflower support coordination services, you will need to outline your need for support coordination funding when you sit down with the NDIS.

What is Support Coordination?

We will be there with you throughout your first plan and assist you to prepare for your next plan.
We are different to other Support Coordination providers!
Some organisations that offer Support Coordination also offer a range of other services as well. However, we only offer one service – Support Coordination. That means we never have conflicts of interest and we always act in an unbiased, impartial way. We are experts in what we do, and we do it well. We support people with all levels of disability, including high and complex needs. We match your needs with one of our team to ensure you get the best Support Coordinator for you.
We have a number of Support Coordinators who each have a different area of expertise including one who specialises in finding LGBTIQ friendly supports.
